The production quality of the strip steel is absolutely crucial to the quality of our band saw blades.

The straightness, flatness and surface condition of the strip steel as well as its dimensional accuracy in respect of thickness should show no substantial differences throughout entire delivery batches consisting of tons of the respective dimension. Only compliance with all of these criteria enables the production of a saw blade with constant accuracy which is maintained during tooth-cutting, sharpening and setting.

As a result we always use strip steel exclusively from the same producer where the ever-increasing quantities purchased allow the strip steel producer to commit himself to the same high level of quality at all times. In the event of defects it is thus possible to track the origin of the material perfectly via the appropriate batch.
