Plotseed XL 300 - A high-performance seed drill for two plots in a single sweep

The tractor-mounted, robust Plotseed XL plot seed drill was developed for precise sowing of plots in field trial plots. A variety of distribution systems make it possible to distribute the seed for a plot over multiple rows. The robust frame also allows for the use of heavy openers, and combinations of multiple distribution systems. The modular system with its many variants means that you can custom build a machine for any application.

A new variant supports high performance seed drilling of two plots in a single sweep. It makes sense to hitch this seed drill in combination to a tractor with terra tires to reduce ground pressure (with or without a track loosener). 

The Plotseed XL 300 has the following features:

• Track width of up to 3.00 m, e.g. with 2 x 8 row Lemken double disk openers parallel
• Infinitely adjustable row gap from 12.5 cm
• Alley width (= gap between two plots) 25cm
• Feed via 2 independent belted cones (optionally via cell wheel)
• Simultaneous, eletrical lifting of the two hoppers via PDS-E controller
• Uses tried-and-trusted, premium components by WINTERSTEIGER such as belted cones, distribution systems, or controls
